1. Services

Hazel Way Analytics provides professional route performance analysis, corridor studies, depot handoff reviews, and executive briefings for distribution networks. Service scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are defined in a written quote accepted before work begins. Website content describes our offerings for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding contract until a quote is accepted.

2. Acceptance of Quotes

Engagements commence upon your written acceptance of a scope quote sent by email. Acceptance may be by reply email or signed quote document. We reserve the right to decline engagements that fall outside our expertise or capacity.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide dispatch logs, route sheets, and site access necessary for the agreed scope. Delays caused by incomplete records or unavailable field access may extend timelines and incur additional preparation fees as described in the quote. Clients are responsible for accuracy of information provided.

4. Intellectual Property

Written reports, chart packets, and findings delivered under a paid engagement become yours upon full payment. Hazel Way Analytics retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated methodology descriptions in internal training. We do not publish client names or identifiable network details without written permission.

Website content, including text, design, and branding, remains the property of Hazel Way Analytics and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Confidentiality

We treat dispatch records, route data, and operational information received during engagements as confidential. We do not share client data with third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our findings represent observed conditions during the review period and are intended to inform operational decisions. We do not guarantee specific time savings, cost reductions, or business outcomes resulting from implementation of recommendations. To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost revenue, missed deliveries, or third-party claims arising from use of our reports.

7. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt site operation, scrape content for commercial redistribution, or submit false information through contact forms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Incheon, Republic of Korea, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection provisions.
