Our Process

From dispatch logs to actionable route charts

Every engagement follows a structured sequence designed to minimize disruption to your active deliveries while producing findings your leadership can act on.

Scope conversation

We discuss your network size, corridors of concern, depot layout, and what decisions the findings need to support. You receive a written scope outline and fee quote within two business days. No field work begins until you accept the quote.

Dispatch log review

You provide route sheets, timing records, and any internal delay reports covering at least three months—or six months for flagship audits. We identify data gaps before scheduling field days. Incomplete records may extend this phase; we communicate gaps clearly rather than proceeding with insufficient evidence.

Field observation

Analysts ride along on active delivery days and visit depots during transfer windows. We log stop times, dock waits, handoff sequences, and departure variance separately. Observation days are coordinated with your dispatch lead to avoid disrupting receiving hours or driver schedules.

Chart preparation

Timing data becomes annotated charts: stop-sequence comparisons, transfer window bars, corridor elapsed-time breakdowns. Charts distinguish planned from observed times so variance sources are visible at a glance during operations meetings.

Findings report

A written report ranks recommendations by estimated time recovery and notes reservations where data coverage was limited. Reports include specific depot, corridor, and stop references—not generic best-practice lists. Mild caveats appear when findings depend on incomplete records.

Executive briefing

Flagship audits include a one-hour briefing at our Incheon office or via video. Printed chart packets support up to eight attendees. We walk through findings in plain language and leave time for questions from dispatch and leadership teams.

What we need from you

  • Dated route sheets with stop sequence and planned times
  • Actual arrival and departure times where recorded
  • Depot departure and return times for each run
  • Internal delay reports or customer complaints for scoped corridors
  • A dispatch lead contact for field day coordination
  • We do not require GPS exports, though they help when available
  • We do not need access to your dispatch software systems
  • Driver names are not published in reports
  • Follow-up observation days are available as separate add-on engagements
